Export withdrawal requests to CSV or Excel

Overview

Export your withdrawal requests from the Withdrawal request page to CSV or Excel — for accounting, audits, compliance evidence, or your own analysis. The exported file is a durable, immutable snapshot of your requests at the time of export.

What you'll learn

How to export your requests

Step 1: Open Blockify Withdrawal Form and go to the Management page, then click Export.

Step 2: In the Export withdrawal requests dialog, choose a ScopeCurrent view (the requests matching your active filter tab and search), Date range (pick a From and To date), or All requests (every request in your store).
Step 3: Choose a FormatCSV (default) or Excel (.xlsx).
Step 4: Choose the Columns to include. Order number is always included. Optional columns: Customer name, Email, Order check, Email check, Withdrawal status, Withdrawal date, Product(s), Refund amount, Reason, Country, Timeline events, and Order created at.

Step 5: Click Export. Small exports download immediately in your browser; large exports are prepared in the background, and a download link is emailed to the store owner when the file is ready.

Good to know

  • Exports are scoped to your own store only — no other store's data is ever included.
  • Export reads data already stored in the app; it does not call Shopify or require any new permissions.
  • The exported file is an immutable snapshot at the time of export, so you can keep it as a durable record for accounting, audit, or compliance evidence.

Who can use this feature?

Exporting your withdrawal requests is available to all stores using the app.
