Why I can't see the estimated shipping date on the cart when add an item to cart from the collection page?
The estimated text is added to the product properties from the product page. So if someone adds an item to the cart from the collection page, the estimated text can't be added to the product properties, which is the reason why you can't see the text together with the product on the cart page. => Solution: You can redirect to the product page if clicking checkout on the collection page

Why some orders have the estimated date in the past?
Your customers can add an item to the cart but complete the order after a few days, therefore, the estimated date can be in the past. For this situation, we can do nothing more as the estimated text is added to the product's properties from the product page, so if they want to change the estimated date, they need to add that item to the cart again and delete the old one. It's about the app logic, hope that you can sympathize with us.
