ChatGPT now shows ads, and like any ad platform, it optimizes better when it knows what happens after the click. Once you are set up, here is how to confirm events are flowing, and what to do when something looks off. Check that events are arriving Visit your storefront: view a product, add it to the cart. On the app's Home page, click "Check now". The app asks ChatGPT directly and shows how many events arrived in the last 15 minutes, split by source, for example "3 from the browser, 2 from the server". You can click it once every 30 seconds. FAQ Does the app cost anything? No. It is free, with no limit on pixels or orders. Will it slow down my store? No. The app never adds code to your theme. It uses Shopify's official web pixel, which is also removed cleanly if you uninstall. Why does every event show two rows in Ads Manager? One row comes from the shopper's browser and one from our server. Both share the same event ID, so ChatGPT counts the action only once.
